QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Tammuz Quality Management System defines the approach, organization and methods to achieve the quality objectives of all activities managed through the operations. The implementation of this policy is the responsibility of all staff members.
Through this Quality Policy, Tammuz aims to achieve:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
“Project Management Plan” (PMP) document is made available for all project members in order to
provide essential project information associated with planned construction works as per made
contract with the client.
The PMP constitutes the main communication document for the project and is implemented throughout the project phases in order to ensure that the project’s requirements are being appropriately planned and addressed.
